They are juicy, they are delicious and they make your skin glow. Red fruits!  Apart from tasting delicious, these low-calorie fruits provide loads of health benefits. Red fruits contain much of vitamins, antioxidants and they are a rich source of nutrients, which can boost your beauty to the max. So don’t burn a hole in your wallet with expensive beauty products, just make sure you add plenty of these red fruits in your diet.


Pomegranate

This exotic leathery-skinned fruit was the concept of beauty by the ancient Egyptians and revered as a symbol of health, prosperity and fertility. The stories tell that the beautiful Helen of Troy used the juice of the pomegranate, both as a healthful drink and as rouge for her cheeks and lips.  

Throughout the decades pomegranate health benefits are scientifically proven by hundred studie researches. The intense fire red seeds are filled with vitamins, minerals and fiber. They help support a healthy immune system, prevent chronic inflammation and help maintain a healthy skin.

I remember this pink fruit was my favorite fruit when I was a kid.
I loved the heart shape and the delicate juicy flavor of it. Nowadays I still adore eating strawberries, especially because they have much more to offer beyond sweetness and taste.

Refrigerate ripe strawberries, cut them in thick slices and place them over your face for 15 minutes for a fresh tone. Or you can mash the ripe strawberry for an effective skin scrub.
