Today’s post is basically inspired by my daily food and that wouldn’t be any surprise by seen this picture. I literally eat this fruit every single day. And the fun thing is that I’m not the only one.
My colleague at work are also obsessed by eating avocado everyday! So a lot of you might never tried to eat avocado or think that it tastes like nothing. If you haven’t taste it yet, I suggest to do it now, because you really don’t know what you are missing (LOL) and for those that think that it tastes like nothing than you should think out of the box. You can eat avocado on so many ways that I can’t even stop writing about.
I’m a super food freak. Everything that I eat it must do more good for me than bad. This fruit is not only delicious, but also very good for you. I did some research about it and first thing that I found out is that it’s a fruit and not a vegetable. I don’t know if it’s because of the color that I thought that it’s a vegetable or I just guessed. Avocado contains above-average amount of antioxidants and essential nutrients. What I found about this fruit is that avocado contains more than 20 vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Free of sodium and cholesterol. Also stabilizes blood sugar. One of the seven most alkaline food and balances the pH level of your blood. It’s a natural super booster for your immune system. The nutrients, especially luteine, protect eyes from aging and eye disease. This is something that we all ladies wants:). Very important to know is that avocado also contains 40% of lipids, unsaturated healthy fats that you need. High protein/protein content of all types of fruit. Also among others vitamins B1, B12, B6, C and E, salt minerals. If you are on a diet than this super food is perfect support for your weight loss. It contains amounts of fiber. With that have been said about this awesome fuit. I decided to write a blog post every week about a recipe how you can eat this super food and still enjoy it.
